Blend of grapes from his négoce from basalt slopes of the nearby upper Loire Valley. The Syrah is partially destemmed; grapes undergo a 10 day carbonic maceration in fiberglass, spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass occurs for 7-10 days and then the wine is aging for 9 months still in fiberglass.
