The stunning combination of the Amarone concentration with the drinkability of a Ripasso. “Pario” is the Latin for ‘equal parts’ and the inspiration directly comes from the years Luca spent under the guidance of Giuseppe Quintarelli (cf. Rosso del Bepi cuvée), whose meticulous wines had a fantastic drinkability along strong structure and identity.
Explosion of cherry, dried raspberry, fig, fresh herbs and spices. The sweetness balances the acidity and it results in a more approachable wine than the Amarone, while still boasting energy, verve and depth of fruits in the mouth.
