~ 1/3 Carignan, 1/3 Grenache, 1/3 Syrah ~

Stony and clay-limestone soils. The Grenache is pressed in whole bunch, the Syrah destemmed, the Carignan with half of its stalks. The maceration is 9 months in open vats, daily remontage, alcoholic fermentation in vats of fibreglass with indigenous yeasts.
