New wine from Mylène, quantities are minimal. The origin of the Servant is uncertain, probably Languedoc, it was planted on the Côte d’Azur at the beginning of the 20th century for table grapes. Very little planted because of very little demand, we find some plants on the Languedoc and in Périgord. It is resistant and is ideal for calcareous soils that are not too dry.
