Mylène owns a small plot of Tempranillo with 40 years old vines. The grapes are whole bunch pressed together to offer a richer juice. Unfiltered and no added sulphites. Very small quantity
Hints of butterscotch, fruity and subtly bold without the strong spiciness of classic Tempranillo. Flagrant and easy to drink. Carafe is advised, pairs with meat recipes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.
