Assembly of 14 plots. Some special grape varieties ; Marselan is a small, low-yielding black grape grown mainly in Languedoc. L’Aubun is a vigorous grape of the Vaucluse with black grapes but more and more abandoned. White limestone, friable, rich in magnesia for Syrah and Grenache. Clay-limestone soils, for old Carignans. The warm, dry air of the Mediterranean climate (the wild Far-West of Mylene) is offset by North and North-East exposures. Maceration in whole bunches or de-stemmed according to the grape varieties and 15 days to 3 weeks maceration according to the variety also.
