Small 0.27ha parcel in Bréry planted in a mix of red marne and limestone soil. The Gamay is fully destemmed before the fermentation starts from indigenous yeast, followed by a short aging in old oak barrels. Ruby color, refined and structured Gamay expression from higher slopes of Jura. Juicy raspberry, pomegranate and cherry notes with green peppercorn and mouth-watering minerality in the finish.
