Complex wine is made from Chardonnay from Axel’s vineyard that is dotted with large limestone rocks and some Clairette he sourced from another organic producer. 2018 was a very difficult vintage due to the aggressive Mildew. Light orange wine, floral notes of honeysuckle, honey scent and a juicy mouthful.
