Dry white wine (residual sugars 5.4 g/l) from the complantation of grapes vinified in casks and bottled unfiltered and without added sulphite. Marbly sandstone terroir, Northwest exposure. ‘Le Sentier’ is a walking path up the hill on this parcel of land. A more terroir oriented wine, it is better after four years.
