Micro-parcelles and vines from 40 years old to more than 100 years old. Great diversity of soils by their location at the crossroads of several geological levels. Some are a mix of red clay, silt and Rhône pebbles on sandbars of maritime origin. Others are composed of silts, clays and fine sands on sedimentary deposits of light yellow clays. Clay is the backbone of the soil, with nutrients and organic matter engines of soil life. 20 to 25 hl/ha, aging from 18 to 24 months depending on the vintage in 51 hl concrete vats in order to keep the fruitiness and the freshness of the wine.
Juicy fruitiness and aromatic concentration for this complex vintage.
