Dry white wine ‘ouillé’ (the barrels are topped-up weekly to prevent oxidation and the development of a veil of yeast) aged on lees in oak barrels (aged 4 to 12 years). Grape varieties Savagnin Jaune, Vert and Gros Vert on 0.5 ha of vines planted in 2003. Single vineyard wine from an altitude of 240 meters on a south exposed hillside. The Lias marl is dotted with clay concretions (hollow geodes lined with crystals).
