~ Macerated White Wine ~ ~ 45% Riesling, 35% Pinot Gris, 10% Sylvaner, 5% Auxerrois ~ Dry orange wine (residual sugars <3 g/l) from different terroirs. A maceration of three weeks gives this wine a beautiful orange color and a finely tannic structure. Vinified and bottled unfiltered and without added sulphite. - LES CIGALES DANS LA FOURMILIÈRE LANGUEDOC

~ Macerated White Wine ~ ~ 100% Chardonnay ~Complex wine is made from Chardonnay from Axel’s vineyard that is dotted with large limestone rocks and some Clairette he sourced from another organic producer. 2018 was a very difficult vintage due to the aggressive Mildew. Light orange wine, floral notes of honeysuckle, honey scent and a juicy mouthful.
