~ Macerated White Wine ~ ~ 45% Riesling, 35% Pinot Gris, 10% Sylvaner, 5% Auxerrois ~ Dry orange wine (residual sugars <3 g/l) from different terroirs. A maceration of three weeks gives this wine a beautiful orange color and a finely tannic structure. Vinified and bottled unfiltered and without added sulphite.

~ Flavonic Wine ~ ~ Melon de Bourgogne ~ After a first 12-hour press to extract the juices, Marc slightly increased the pressure for one hour (the 13th hour) to extract the quintessence of the grapes. And the result is explosive! A scarlet orange, the wine is resinous and aromatic with notes of apple, pear and exotic fruits. The mouth is mineral, rich and full while maintaining a very nice balance - the finish is masterful with spicy notes and very beautiful bitters. Only 1000 bottles made.
