~ Flavonic Wine ~ ~ Melon de Bourgogne ~ After a first 12-hour press to extract the juices, Marc slightly increased the pressure for one hour (the 13th hour) to extract the quintessence of the grapes. And the result is explosive! A scarlet orange, the wine is resinous and aromatic with notes of apple, pear and exotic fruits.
