  • LA FERME DES SEPT LUNES RHÔNE
~ White Wine ~ ~ Roussanne, Marsanne ~ Clay and limestone with rolled pebbles, aging in barrels. The 2012 vintage received a rather unique oxidative touch; at the time Jean used to aged his wines unprotected and free.
  • LA FERME DES SEPT LUNES RHÔNE
~ White Wine ~ ~ Viognier, Roussanne ~ Plot outside appellation. Jean's idea is to balance the very rich and aromatic Viognier with Roussane. Aging in vats which can be done in barrels according to certain years (in order not to leave empty barrels too long).
