Since 1999, this ‘récoltant-manipulant’ has chosen to convert his vines to Organic Farming. Alain Chadutaud is a pioneer in the field of spirits – guaranteeing pesticide and chemical fertilizers free alcohol which is a rare sight in spirits. The field works are done with hoeing tools and the treatments are made of herbal preparations: nettle, horsetail, fern, copper and wettable sulfur.
Alain is passionate about organic farming as it allows him to rediscover the pleasure of his work and to consume healthily while rediscovering the taste of cognac.
A confidential and respected producer, Alain’s Cognacs can only be found almost exclusively in local markets or by visiting his property. It is an honour to be able to introduce such authentic and natural Cognacs to Singapore.
