We are delighted to welcome back the iconic wines of Pierre Frick, a 12th-generation Alsatian winemaker whose name has become synonymous with authenticity, integrity, and the pioneering spirit of natural wine. From his family’s historic vineyards, Pierre has crafted soulful, terroir-driven cuvées that have inspired generations of growers and enchanted wine lovers around the world.
To celebrate their arrival, we invite you to a convivial pairing dinner at a shared table. This is a unique opportunity to explore a selection of freshly landed cuvées, paired with a thoughtful menu designed to highlight their complexity, energy, and sense of place.
The menu reflects Magpie’s culinary mosaic — six wines served in a convivial shared-table format:
